 Overview

     Tulsa Boardwalk (Residences at Boardwalk) is a residential development located in Bixby, Oklahoma, just south of Tulsa along Memorial Street. Covering approximately 25 acres around a two-acre lake, the project was designed by NSPJ Architects, developed by Black Gold Group and constructed by Cowen Construction, with interior design by Huntington ID.

    The development is implemented in four phases: Phase I features 198 units with three- to four-story buildings and townhomes, offering one- to three-bedroom layouts with modern smart key access, built-in Bluetooth audio, high ceilings, and open-plan designs. Amenities include a saltwater pool, spa, fitness center, community gardens, dog park, BBQ area, and lakeside terraces. Phase II adds 177 units with similar architectural style. Phase III introduces a six-story mixed-use building, with ground-level retail and dining, and approximately 96 luxury loft-style apartments above, enhancing community interaction. Phase IV expands street-front commercial, office, and self-storage facilities.

    The project features a lakeside “Boardwalk” setting that combines residential living with leisure amenities, creating a modern and connected community environment.
